Their operations span across three key business areas: property acquisition and seller marketing, property remodeling and construction, and property management with sales, rentals, or owner-financing options. With a strong presence in the Latino community in Arkansas and a reputation built over 20 years, the company is expanding and seeking long-term, culturally aligned team members.
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a part-time Bilingual Executive Assistant (Spanish-English) to support the founder and operations team. This role will start at 20 hours per week with the potential to transition into a full-time position. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and fluent in both English and Spanish. This person will play a critical role in systematizing internal processes, managing communications, and supporting a fast-growing real estate operation. Evening and weekend availability is a plus, as some tasks may involve replying to client messages outside standard business hours.
Responsibilities:
Assist the founder with scheduling, organization, and internal communication.
Create and manage systems, workflows, and documentation for business operations.
Respond to messages and inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients on platforms like Facebook.
Help oversee internal data management and maintain file structure in Google Drive.
Support ongoing marketing efforts related to seller outreach and property listing communications.
Coordinate tasks and follow-ups with other virtual assistants or team members.
Provide administrative support including task tracking, document preparation, and calendar management.
Be available to answer inquiries during evenings or weekends when needed.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
Strong organizational and process-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with remote work tools and basic tech troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in real estate, property management, or construction environments.
Bookkeeping or financial recordkeeping experience (a strong plus).
Prior use of CRMs such as GoHighLevel or property software like Rent Manager or AppFolio.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Experience assisting U.S.-based entrepreneurs or family-run businesses.
Personality:

Schedule:
Part-time flexible between 9-5 CST with evening and weekend availability preferred. Possibility to transition to full-time in the future.
