Our client provides essential rental services in West Texas, focusing on delivering clean and hygienic portable toilets and hand wash stations. With over 40 years of experience, they ensure job sites remain orderly with their fleet of trash trailers and facilitate nighttime work through the use of light towers.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a freelance ZohoOne Implementation Specialist to assist our client in setting up and optimizing their ZohoOne ecosystem. This role will focus on process design, system configuration, and internal support as the business prepares to scale operations and bring on a receptionist in the future. The ideal candidate has deep experience with ZohoOne applications and a process-oriented mindset suitable for small business environments.

 

Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure ZohoOne applications to support operational workflows.

• Collaborate with the internal team to design and refine business processes.

• Provide training and support to staff on ZohoOne tools.

• Ensure data integrity and seamless integration across Zoho apps.

• Develop documentation for implemented processes and systems.

• Advise on best practices for utilizing ZohoOne in a small business setting.

• Support the transition to having a dedicated receptionist by establishing scalable communication processes.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience implementing and managing ZohoOne for small businesses.

• Strong understanding of Zoho applications such as CRM, Desk, and Voice.

• Experience in business process design and optimization.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Zoho products.

• Familiarity with automation tools within Zoho such as Zoho Flow or Deluge scripting.

• Experience with customer service process design.

• Background in small business operations or consulting.

 

Personality:

• Adaptable to evolving business needs.

 

Software & Tools:

• ZohoOne Suite (CRM, Desk, Voice, Flow, etc.)
