Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time, detail-oriented and strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to systematically engage prospective clients in the for-profit sector. This role combines high-quality cold-calling with research and outreach planning, ensuring that each conversation is tailored to the company’s needs. If you thrive on making meaningful connections, have experience selling intangible services, and can think like an in-house recruiter, this opportunity is for you.

 

Responsibilities:

• Systematically make outbound calls to targeted for-profit leads

• Conduct in-depth research to understand each prospect’s challenges and priorities

• Prepare and execute customized outreach strategies

• Maintain organized records of contacts, call notes, and follow-up actions

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and tactics

• Prioritize quality interactions over sheer call volume

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven track record in cold calling or sales of intangible services (e.g., software, consulting)

• Experience as an in-house recruiter or selling B2B services is a strong plus

• Fluent English (C2) — expat candidates welcome

• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)

• Excellent ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively

• Strong research skills to identify and connect with key decision-makers

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using lead-generation platforms and tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)

• Solid understanding of B2B marketing concepts and sales funnels

• Background in targeting corporate or commercial clients

 

Personality:

• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new processes

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities independently

• Empathetic listener, able to understand and address client pain points

 

Software & Tools:

• Calling tools (e.g., Aircall, RingCentral) and HubSpot CRM

• Lead-generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

Flexible within 9 - 5 EST
