Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to support their growth by driving outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, primarily in a B2B environment.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach.

• Identify and qualify potential customers based on defined criteria.

• Engage with decision-makers to understand operational challenges and business needs.

• Clearly communicate the value of the client’s solution to prospective customers.

• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

• Consistently meet or exceed activity and lead generation targets.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related B2B role.

• Proven experience with outbound sales and lead qualification.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage objections and navigate sales conversations confidently.

• Experience working with CRM systems for pipeline and activity tracking.

• Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience selling SaaS or technology-driven solutions.

• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies.

• Experience engaging mid-level to senior decision-makers.

• Ability to analyze prospect needs and tailor messaging accordingly.

• LinkedIn and professional prospecting platforms.

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST
