Responsibilities of the role:

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Monitor social media channels for trends, relevant conversations, and user-generated content.

• Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

• Support the marketing team in developing social media campaigns and promotions.

• Track and report on social media performance metrics.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of social media analytics.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).

• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).

• Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
