Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js to join our Client's team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining custom applications within the Monday.com ecosystem, enhancing workflow management and data security capabilities.

Our Client is a leader in cybersecurity, specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). They help organizations achieve compliance with ISO 27001 standards by providing expert solutions and tools to manage security risks effectively.

 

Work Schedule:

• Part-time (20 hours per week)
• Flexible hours, with a daily check-in during Argentina business hours

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Monday.com applications using React.js and the Monday.com API.
• Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces that align with Monday.com's design principles.
• Implement secure data handling practices and integrate with various APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture discussions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Monday.com API and building custom applications within the Monday.com ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and data protection principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

 

Language Requirement:

• C1 level of English proficiency.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Monday.com app framework and development environment.
• Knowledge of OAuth2.0 and API authentication methods.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with TypeScript and modern React frameworks (Next.js, Redux).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Previous experience in developing SaaS applications.

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
• Payment frequency: Weekly.
• Salary range of USD 230 - 300 per week (~920 - 1200 monthly)

 

Additional Details:

• PTO (Paid Time Off): 10 PTO days after the first 90 days.
• Paid Holidays: 6 holidays per year (January 1st, May 1st, Christmas, and 3 flexible days of choice).
• Sick Leave: Unpaid sick leave (with a doctor’s note).
• Paid Lunch Hour and Breaks: Not included.
