Job Description:

Our client is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant with a focus on accounting to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks while leveraging HubSpot CRM to support accounting functions.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform various administrative tasks to support the accounting department.

• Manage and maintain data within HubSpot CRM.

• Assist with financial record keeping and reporting.

• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Support the preparation and organization of financial documents.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• B2 to native level proficiency in English.

• Experience with HubSpot CRM.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role.

• Familiarity with other CRM platforms.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and analytical thinker.

• Proactive and able to work independently.

• Adaptable and willing to learn new skills.

 

Software & Tools:

• HubSpot CRM.

• Standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

 

English Level:

B2, C1, C2, Native.

 

Schedule:

9 AM - 5 PM EST.
