Our client is a healthcare provider focused on expanding pediatric home care services.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Outreach & Provider Relations Specialist to expand their pediatric home care services across Illinois. You will connect with pediatric healthcare providers, children's hospitals, and care coordinators to build trusted relationships, schedule presentation meetings ("in-services") for their clinical team, and develop a consistent referral pipeline.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Perform outbound calls and send tailored emails to doctors' offices, children's hospitals, cancer research centers, and care management teams across Illinois.

• Schedule "in-service" meetings and introductions between prospective healthcare providers and the client's clinical and administrative leadership.

• Gather, organize, and update provider contact data and potential referral sources within the pediatric healthcare space.

• Maintain ongoing communication with provider networks to educate them on the client's pediatric home nursing capabilities (Medicaid and private insurance acceptance).

• Handle provider interactions and contact information with strict adherence to confidentiality and US healthcare standards (HIPAA compliance).

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent English (Near-Native / C1-C2): Exceptional verbal fluency, clear pronunciation, and professional written communication for making direct calls to US medical professionals.

• 1–3 years in Outbound Sales, B2B Outreach, Appointment Setting, or Relationship Management.

• Basic understanding of the US healthcare system, doctor's office workflows, hospital networks, or home health services.

• Professional phone etiquette, high empathy, and the ability to articulate care services without sounding script-bound or transactional.

• Independent worker capable of managing contact lists, following up consistently, and learning clinical concepts quickly.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of the US healthcare system, doctor's office workflows, hospital networks, or home health services.
