The business focuses on generating and managing inbound leads, delivering quick estimates, and maintaining strong customer follow-up to maximize conversions.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Follow-Up Specialist (Part-Time) to support their sales process by engaging with inbound leads and ensuring consistent follow-up. This role is essential for converting interested prospects into customers by maintaining communication, updating records, and providing a positive customer experience. This is a part-time, flexible position with the opportunity to grow as the business expands.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up calls with customers who have requested roofing estimates.

• Engage in friendly, conversational communication to build rapport with prospects.

• Ensure customers have received estimates and answer general questions.

• Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.

• Schedule and track follow-ups based on customer interactions.

• Maintain accurate records of all communications and next steps.

• Escalate technical or detailed roofing questions to the appropriate person.

• Support overall lead management to avoid missed opportunities.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Some experience in customer service, sales, or call handling roles.

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Comfortable making and receiving calls regularly.

• Basic experience with CRM systems (any CRM is acceptable).

• Ability to follow processes and stay organized with follow-ups.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho or similar platforms.

• Background in lead follow-up or inbound sales support.

• Ability to handle conversations naturally without sounding scripted.

• Basic understanding of sales processes or customer lifecycle.

 

Personality:

• Friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to.

• Good sense of humor and conversational tone.

• Naturally engaging voice and communication style.

• Organized and reliable with strong follow-through.

• Adaptable and comfortable in a growing business environment.

 

Software & Tools:

• Zoho CRM (or similar CRM systems).

• Communication tools for calls and follow-ups.

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

Part-time (10-15 hours a week), Flexible US CST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
