Job Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to handle a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage emails and respond to inquiries promptly.

• Handle calendar management, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.

• Make phone calls and follow up on various administrative matters.

• Perform basic accounting tasks and maintain financial records.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative roles.

• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in managing emails and scheduling.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and proactive.

• Reliable and trustworthy.

• Adaptable and able to handle change smoothly.

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficiency in email management software.

• Familiarity with calendar management tools.

• Basic knowledge of accounting software.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 20-25 hours per week, 08:00 am to 12:00 am PST

 

Salary and Benefits:
