Our Client is a growth-focused company that helps businesses generate qualified leads and book sales appointments through structured outbound and inbound marketing strategies. They work with decision-makers across multiple industries to support consistent revenue growth.

 

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our Client’s sales support team. This role is responsible for contacting potential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company

• Follow up with inbound leads in a timely and professional manner

• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria

• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes in the CRM

• Handle basic objections and answer initial questions from prospects

• Meet daily and weekly activity and appointment-setting targets

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role

• Strong verbal communication skills in English

• Comfortable speaking with business owners or decision-makers

• Ability to follow scripts while adapting conversations naturally

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in outbound calling or lead generation

• Familiarity with B2B sales environments

• Ability to manage follow-ups and nurture leads

• Experience working with sales teams or closers

 

Personality:

• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone

• Persistent and results-driven

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Coachable and open to feedback

• Professional and respectful in all communications

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software

• Dialer or calling software

• Email and calendar scheduling tools

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 EST
