Our Client is a California-based e-commerce business focused on lifestyle and home products. The company operates with multiple internal teams, including advertising, sales, and product, and places a strong emphasis on improving its digital presence and website performance.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to support sales efforts in the U.S. market. This is a full-time role combining outbound and inbound sales activities.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales activities, primarily cold calling, to engage potential customers in the U.S. market.

• Handle inbound sales calls as the role evolves, managing approximately 20–40 calls per day.

• Qualify leads provided by the company and guide prospects through the sales process.

• Close deals directly with customers and meet assigned sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activity.

• Follow defined sales processes and contribute to continuous improvement of sales performance.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

• Strong spoken and written English skills, suitable for the U.S. market.

• Experience working with outbound sales, including cold calling.

• Proven ability to close deals and manage the full sales cycle.

• Availability to work full-time.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2C sales environments.

• B2B sales experience is also acceptable.

• Previous experience using CRM systems is considered an advantage.

 

Personality:

• Confident and persuasive communicator.

• Results-driven with a strong focus on closing sales.

• Resilient and comfortable handling objections.

• Organized and disciplined in managing leads and follow-ups.

• Adaptable and open to evolving from outbound-focused to mixed inbound/outbound sales.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM systems (experience considered an advantage).

• Phone and calling tools for outbound and inbound sales.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 PST/EST
