Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Account Coordinator to join our client’s commercial team. This role is focused on building long-term, trusted relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow and expand accounts through cross-selling and upselling different product lines.

 

Responsibilities:

• Fully manage, retain, and grow assigned customer accounts.

• Act as the main point of contact for all post-sale customer matters.

• Work closely with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients.

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.

• Respond to client inquiries and identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional day-to-day service.

• Keep the CRM system updated with accurate account information and interactions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.

• Assist with escalations and challenging client requests when necessary.

• Forecast and track key account metrics and performance indicators.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong written and spoken Spanish and English.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with numbers and data.

• Ability to explain concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively.

• Ability to think quickly and adapt to client questions and needs.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience with a proven track record.

• Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar systems.

• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Software & Tools:

• CRM software (HubSpot preferred).

Native, C2, C1.

 

Schedule:

9am to 5pm EST.
