Job Description:

Our Client is seeking an Inventory and Parts Management Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial in managing the parts inventory, ensuring timely restocking, and maintaining accurate tracking of parts usage and availability.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage parts inventory and ensure timely restocking.

• Keep accurate records of parts usage and availability.

• Order parts efficiently and proactively.

• Monitor and handle return parts processes.

• Review job requirements to ensure all necessary parts are ordered on time.

• Communicate with technicians regarding parts status and availability.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of English (written and verbal).

• Demonstrated experience in inventory management and parts ordering.

• Ability to think ahead and make informed decisions regarding parts management.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Proactive approach to inventory management.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and proactive.

• Effective communicator and team player.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.

 

English Level:

C1

 

Schedule:

Mon to Sat | 8am - 4:30pm EST
