Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Full-Time Cold Caller to conduct high-volume outbound calls to property owners. The ideal candidate has previous experience in real estate cold calling, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work efficiently with predictive dialers and CRM systems.

 

Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to property owners daily.

• Follow established scripts to identify motivated sellers.

• Accurately qualify leads based on client criteria.

• Log all call activity and lead information into the CRM system.

• Use predictive dialers to maintain efficient calling flow.

• Maintain professional and clear communication throughout all calls.

• Meet daily and weekly outreach targets.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate cold calling.

• Experience handling a high volume of calls per day.

• Strong communication skills with near-native English level.

• Experience using predictive dialers and CRM systems.

• Ability to follow scripts while adapting to live conversations.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with U.S. real estate investors.

• Knowledge of real estate terminology.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

 

Personality:

• Confident and clear communicator.

• Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling objections.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

 

Software & Tools:

• Predictive dialers (e.g., Mojo, CallTools, or similar).

• CRM systems.

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9am to 6pm EST
