Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Go High Level Specialist responsible for managing and resolving tickets and issues from clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset, ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve client tickets and issues related to Go High Level platform.

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of issues, resolutions, and client interactions.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with the Go High Level platform.

• Strong understanding of CRM systems and automation tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Experience in a customer support or technical support role.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software.

• Basic understanding of marketing automation and sales processes.
