Our Client is seeking a skilled Account Manager to oversee client relationships, provide strategic guidance, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce trends and marketing strategies to help clients grow their businesses.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships.

• Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for account growth.

• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work.

• Analyze market trends and client needs to offer strategic advice.

• Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

• Prepare and deliver reports to clients.

• Potentially nurture inbound leads.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in account management or related roles.

• Strong familiarity with e-commerce platforms and trends.

• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Center, GA4, TikTok, and Clavio.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work central time zone hours.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of CRM tools.

• Experience in preparing strategic growth plans.

• Understanding of media planning and execution.

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
