What You’ll Do:

Our client is seeking an Admin Assistant to support property management activities. This role includes scheduling clients, ordering supplies, handling damage claims, and communicating with utility services.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Schedule client appointments and manage bookings.

• Order and manage necessary supplies.

• Handle and process damage claims efficiently.

• Communicate effectively regarding light and gas utilities.

• Assist in creating rental projections.

• Utilize platforms such as Airbnb and WhatsApp for communication.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in property management or related field.

• Proficiency in using Airbnb and WhatsApp.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with budget management.

• Strong communication skills with minimal accent.

• Ability to create and analyze rental projections.

 

Personality:

• Ownership mentality.

• Flexible with business hours.

• Open to budget adjustments.

 

Software & Tools:

• Airbnb.

• WhatsApp.

 

English Level:

C2.

 

Schedule:

Flexible in EST hours.

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting at 20 hours a week.
