Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage email and chat communications. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring a positive experience through excellent service.

 

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.

• Provide detailed information about products and services.

• Assist with order tracking and resolving any issues.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

• Document and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate team.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently.

• Comfortable working in a flexible schedule within the EST timezone.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce or fashion/bridal industry.

• Familiarity with customer service software.

 

Personality:

• Empathetic and patient with a strong customer focus.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk or similar.
