Job Title: Luxury Villa Sales Representative

 

About the Company:

Our client is a global luxury vacation rental company offering high-end villa accommodations in various prestigious destinations. They serve an elite clientele and pride themselves on providing a premium experience that goes far beyond traditional short-term rentals.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Villa Sales Representative to support our client’s high-end travel business. This role focuses on converting warm leads and conducting strategic outreach to grow the company’s luxury villa portfolio. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong sales aptitude, and the ability to engage comfortably with high-net-worth clients.

 

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with warm inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM communication.

• Monitor and respond to lead inquiries promptly during business hours and over weekends.

• Conduct light business development to identify and connect with villa property managers and homeowners.

• Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM software.

• Meet sales targets of 2–3 closed deals per week.

• Participate in a 60-day training period covering booking systems, destination knowledge, and sales processes.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles.

• Ability to speak confidently with high-end clientele.

• Comfort working independently and responding to leads in a timely manner.

• Open to working U.S. Pacific Time hours.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or real estate sales.

• Familiarity with destinations such as Costa Rica, Mexico, the Caribbean, or Europe.

• Previous experience with Go High Level or other CRM systems.

• Personable and articulate with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and quick to learn.

• Professional demeanor and composure under pressure.

• Highly responsive and detail-oriented.

 

Software & Tools:

• Go High Level (preferred)

• Internal booking systems

• Communication apps for lead monitoring

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST / Fridays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST, with availability to be on call over the weekend to respond to clients in a timely manner

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate’s preference.
