We are seeking a Project Manager with a background in construction or civil engineering. The ideal candidate will manage teams effectively and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning and execution.

• Manage and lead project teams.

• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Track progress and prepare reports.

• Resolve conflicts and make decisions to keep projects on track.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Proven experience managing construction or engineering projects.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software.

• Familiarity with construction methods and regulations.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Microsoft Office Suite.

 

English Level:

C2, Native, C1.

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST.
