Our Client is an experienced real estate professional focused on building a strong personal brand. They share content to connect with their audience and grow their digital presence, mainly through Facebook and Instagram.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is looking for a part-time Social Media Content Creator to manage and execute their personal branding strategy across Facebook and Instagram, with occasional work on TikTok. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of content creation for personal brands in the real estate industry.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish content aligned with the client's personal brand on Facebook and Instagram.

• Occasionally assist with TikTok content.

• Plan and maintain a content calendar with regular posts.

• Edit and adapt visual content (photos/videos) for each platform.

• Work closely with the client to understand their voice, story, and goals.

• Monitor engagement and suggest improvements for performance.

• Submit content proposals and updates on a weekly basis.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in content creation for personal branding or similar roles.

• Portfolio showcasing relevant social media work.

• Strong understanding of trends on Facebook and Instagram.

• Basic video editing and design skills for social platforms.

• Spanish fluency.

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in real estate or familiarity with the industry.

• Understanding of basic analytics for social media performance.

• Familiarity with personal branding strategy.

 

Personality:

• Creative and resourceful.

• Self-driven and proactive.

• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

 

Software & Tools:

• Instagram, Facebook.

• Canva or similar design tools.

• CapCut, InShot, or similar video editing apps.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native, B2.

 

Schedule:

9 - 1 EST.
