Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled professional to own and optimize all aspects of their website, analytics, and internal tech infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on eCommerce and technical proficiency in Shopify.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct front-end and light back-end work on Shopify with strong customization.
• Maintain and optimize Shopify integrations such as POS, inventory, and customer data.
• Analyze Shopify and other customer data to identify funnel drop-offs and opportunities for improvement.
• Build or recommend a CRM solution and assist with its implementation.
• Perform basic IT troubleshooting and systems management.
• Set up automation using tools like Zapier.
• Coordinate with teams regarding photo uploads, product description edits, and similar tasks.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Intermediate to senior-level technical skills.
• Extensive experience with Shopify.
• Proficiency in data analytics focused on eCommerce metrics.
• Familiarity with CRM implementation processes.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to AI tools for predictive analytics and automation.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
