Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Digital Advertising Contractor who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with leadership, clients, and contractors. Comfort with both creative and technical elements of digital advertising, along with a high standard for detail and quality, is essential.

 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate effectively with the leadership team, clients, and contractors.

• Show genuine care for the team, clients, and work, focusing on real results.

• Execute technically on various digital advertising platforms.

• Stay updated on algorithm changes and platform updates.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience or equivalent skills in:

- Campaign Strategy (planning budgets, determining platform, targets, etc.)

- Campaign Optimization Best Practices

- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)

- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)

- Other Platforms (LinkedIn, content affiliates, Snap, etc.)

- Targeting (audience and keyword research)

- Copywriting

- Google Analytics

- CRO Analysis

• Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level).

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the education industry.

• Graphic design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or photography experience.

• Project management experience.

• HTML/CSS skills.

• Familiarity with VWO, Clarity, HotJar.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and driven.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to empathize and understand team members and target audiences.

 

Software & Tools:

• Google Ads.

• Meta Ads.

• Google Analytics.

• VWO, Clarity, HotJar.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native.

 

Schedule:

9-5
