Position Description

We are looking for a B2B Appointment Setter to join our Client’s dynamic team. This role involves engaging both cold and warm leads, scheduling high-quality appointments, and supporting overall business growth. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in outbound calling, data management, and lead nurturing, and is eager to grow with the team.

Availability

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Hours per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Initial Cold Calling Phase (First 2-4 Weeks): Making a minimum of 100 cold calls per day to potential B2B clients. This phase is focused on building familiarity with the company’s processes, understanding target markets, and honing outreach skills.
  • Transition to Warm Lead Engagement: After the initial 2-4 weeks, your role will expand to include engaging warm leads. These leads will have previously interacted with campaigns and shown interest, making them easier to book and advancing your impact on the sales funnel.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, including contact information and call outcomes, using Google Sheets and CRM tools.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the needs of potential clients and qualify them based on predefined criteria to ensure the best-fit prospects are engaged further.
  • Client Representation: Act as a professional representative of our Client’s brand, ensuring a positive first impression with prospects.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Strong phone communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to handle both cold and warm lead engagements
  • Willingness to learn and improve through feedback and training

 

Language Requirements

  • English Proficiency: C1 level or higher

 

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software for efficient tracking and follow-up
  • Previous experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting

 

Compensation

Salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference, with payment made on a weekly basis.
