Our client is seeking a part-time Outreach Specialist to primarily set appointments through text and email. The role involves engaging with potential clients to generate interest and schedule meetings.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients via text and email.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Manage and update client information in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from outreach to sales conversions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an outreach or appointment-setting role.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

• Experience in a sales or customer service environment.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot is a plus.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

10 am to 2 pm EST
