Core Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality prompts that mirror complex tasks in the financial services profession.

• Perform analysis and produce the outlined deliverables as a 'Golden Solution.'

• Create rubrics to evaluate the accuracy and completeness of solutions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in direct financial services.

• Strong analytical and writing skills.

• Ability to create realistic and complex scenarios for AI training.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in training AI models or developing datasets for AI.

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.

 

Software & Tools:
