Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting cold outreach to potential clients, generating interest, and scheduling meetings with our sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work efficiently within CRM systems and the Google ecosystem.

Our client is a market research company that specializes in designing studies, managing projects, analyzing data, and consulting with clients on insights. They work with a variety of industries across the United States and provide tailored qualitative and quantitative market research solutions.
Work Schedule:
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 12 - 4PM EST
Responsibilities of the role:
- Conduct cold outreach using provided scripts to engage a targeted list of prospects.
- Utilize a Google Voice number and email for outreach efforts.
- Generate interest and secure meetings with potential clients.
- Work directly with the Director of Client Development to refine outreach strategies.
- Participate in weekly meetings with the Director of Client Development to review progress and optimize efforts.
- Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets and the CRM system while managing call lists and follow-ups.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and cold outreach.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple outreach efforts.
Language Requirement:
- C2 Level of English proficiency.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Previous experience in a market research environment.
- Ability to analyze and optimize outreach strategies.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 PTO days after the first 90 days
- Paid Holidays: 6 holidays per year (January 1st, May 1st, Christmas, plus 3 additional days of the candidate's choice)
- Sick Leave: Unpaid sick leave (with a doctor's note)
