We are seeking an Appointment Setter to engage with warm leads, promoting our Client's martial arts programs. The ideal candidate will efficiently communicate the benefits and schedule appointments for prospective clients interested in joining our Client’s classes.

 

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to warm leads via phone calls and emails.

• Present program offerings and address customer inquiries.

• Schedule appointments for consultations and class trials.

• Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-up tasks.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies.

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and appointments.

• Ability to work independently and apply effective time management.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with martial arts or fitness industry is a plus.

• Experience in handling warm leads and customer follow-ups.

• Knowledge of lead generation and sales strategies.
