Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist (Digital Marketing) to join our Client’s growing business. The role focuses on creating and managing online marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.

• Identify new strategies to attract and capture potential clients.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on results.

• Develop engaging content for social media platforms to increase reach and visibility.

• Assist in building and managing brand presence across digital channels.

• Collaborate with the client to align marketing strategies with business goals.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in running digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok).

• Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies.

• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and optimize for better performance.

• Spanish fluency required; English proficiency is a plus for campaign creation.

• Experience in social media content creation and management.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with local service-based marketing campaigns.

• Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies.

• Familiarity with insurance or automotive industry marketing.
