Our Client is focused on leveraging digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement across multiple platforms. They are transitioning from agency-led execution to in-house digital media ownership.

 

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid digital media efforts on platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok. This data-driven role emphasizes performance, learning, and efficiency across various campaign stages, including awareness, consideration, and conversion.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily paid digital media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

• Develop and implement full-funnel media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.

• Optimize campaigns to achieve performance and efficiency goals.

• Continuously refine audiences, creatives, formats, bids, and budgets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure creative aligns with brand standards.

• Provide performance reporting with a focus on ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, and reach.

• Facilitate the transition from agency-led to in-house media execution.

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for paid media strategies.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in paid digital media, preferably in-house or at a performance-focused agency.

• Proven track record managing and scaling campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.

• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and performance measurement.

• Experience working with budgets and performance targets.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actions.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in CPG, eCommerce, or omnichannel retail.

• Strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset.

 

Personality:

• A proactive doer who thrives in dynamic environments.

• Passionate about storytelling and building consumer connections without compromising performance.

• Meta Ads Manager

• Google Ads

• TikTok Ads Manager

 

English Level:

C1, C2

 

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (CST)

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (CST).

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
