Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Branding and Marketing Designer to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding principles, visual aesthetics, and marketing design trends. They should be able to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to develop impactful brand assets and marketing materials.

Our client is a growing design agency specializing in branding and product marketing assets. They work with global clients, helping them create modern and compelling visual identities that drive engagement and sales. The team values creative expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and design branding assets, including logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities.
- Create marketing materials such as infographics, product graphics, and social media banners.
- Collaborate closely with the client to understand project goals and deliver high-quality designs.
- Ensure all deliverables align with the client's brand identity and aesthetic preferences.
- Communicate effectively to address feedback and refine designs.
- Design landing page graphics, banners, and other digital assets.
- Create visually appealing proposals and presentations that support marketing and sales efforts.
- Stay updated with current design trends and best practices in branding and digital marketing.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in branding and marketing design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern design aesthetics and previous branding work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Language Requirement:
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working remotely with international clients.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and conversion-driven design.
- Familiarity with Amazon product graphics, infographics, and e-commerce marketing assets.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles related to branding and marketing materials.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
- Payment Frequency: Weekly.
Additional Details:
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 PTO days after the first 90 days.
- Paid Holidays: 6 holidays per year (January 1st, May 1st, Christmas, and 3 additional flexible holidays).
- Sick Leave: Unpaid sick leave (requires a doctor's note).
This role requires a designer with a strong portfolio who can demonstrate their ability to execute modern and compelling branding and marketing materials. Our client is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and is open to hiring more than one candidate if the right talents are found.
