Job Description:

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Content Creator & Scheduler to support their personal and business brand presence across Instagram and TikTok. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to write fluent and professional English copy.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and trend-relevant Instagram and TikTok content (reels, feed posts).

• Organize and schedule posts using the Later platform, ensuring approval before publishing.

• Collaborate with the client on monthly messaging blocks and brand goals.

• Execute content creation based on a pre-established strategy and input provided by the client.

• Maintain clear and timely communication, working in sync with deadlines and event-driven needs.

• Write accurate and engaging captions in English with correct grammar and usage.

• Review content drafts and make revisions based on feedback when necessary.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating social media content, especially short-form video and reels.

• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms and features.

• Ability to write fluent, grammatically correct English for captions and content.

• Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Later (or similar).

• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while still collaborating actively.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Intermediate to senior-level experience with social media content creation.

• Ability to spot social media trends and adapt content accordingly.

• Visual editing and storytelling capabilities for short-form video.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required for written tasks.
