Job Description:

The Inside Sales Representative will generate sales opportunities, maintain relationships with existing customers, and acquire new clients. The role includes both outbound and inbound communication, emphasizing the promotion of product deals and specials.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and contractors.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers.

• Promote product deals and specials.

• Post product promotions on Facebook Marketplace and social media platforms.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, chat, and messaging apps.

• Follow up with customers to generate sales opportunities.

• Assist in growing and maintaining the customer base.

• Communicate customer needs and order details to the appropriate team.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service preferred.

• Comfortable making outbound and inbound calls.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to respond to customers via phone, text, and messaging platforms.

• Reliable internet connection and computer.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and social media messaging is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with communication tools for phone, text, chat, and messaging apps.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native
