Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a motivated Real Estate Lead Generator & Cold Caller to support their property acquisition efforts. The role involves identifying and sourcing qualified leads, cold calling property owners, and contributing to a consistent pipeline of motivated sellers.

 

Responsibilities:

• Source and generate leads through research and property data platforms.

• Conduct cold calls to homeowners in targeted geographic areas.

• Qualify potential sellers and assess their interest in selling their property.

• Maintain organized records of leads and call activity.

• Work closely with the business owner to refine outreach strategies.

• Consistently meet weekly call and lead generation targets.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in cold calling or sales, preferably in real estate.

• Strong verbal communication skills in fluent English.

• Ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone.

• Organized and detail-oriented with reliable follow-up skills.

• Comfortable working independently and meeting targets.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Background in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or lead generation.

• Familiarity with property data platforms such as Batch Leads or PropStream.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools for managing leads.

 

Personality:

• Persistent and resilient with a results-driven mindset.

• Comfortable making high volumes of calls and handling rejection.

• Adaptable and eager to learn.

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

 

Software & Tools:

• Batch Leads

• PropStream

• CRM tools (preferred)

 

English Level:

C1, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST
