Job Description:

We are seeking a Part-Time Appointment Setter to support our client’s sales and marketing teams by identifying potential leads and scheduling qualified meetings. The ideal candidate is organized, persuasive, and comfortable communicating with business owners and decision-makers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to generate appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with inbound leads to qualify interest and availability.
  • Manage and update CRM records with accurate lead information and communication details.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings per week.
  • Track daily activity, results, and performance metrics.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable conducting outreach and follow-up using multiple communication channels.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and lead management processes.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with B2B lead generation or digital marketing services.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Pipedrive.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
  • Understanding of outbound sales strategies and appointment-setting best practices.

  • Email outreach software and calendar scheduling tools

 

English Level:

Native, C2

 

Schedule:

9am-1pm EST
