Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager to authentically grow their personal brand and voice, primarily on Instagram, while also considering LinkedIn. The role involves capturing the client's unique perspective, ensuring content consistency, and engaging authentically with the audience.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for Instagram growth, focusing on authentic voice representation.

• Manage and create engaging content, including video and carousel posts.

• Ensure brand consistency and authenticity across social media platforms.

• Engage with the audience through community management and algorithm interactions.

• Collaborate with the client to identify trends and propose new content ideas.

• Integrate past achievements and thought leadership into the social media strategy.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, particularly on Instagram.

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience with personal branding and voice representation.

• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and trust.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and cross-platform content strategies.

• Creative thinking and ability to propose innovative content ideas.

• Strong understanding of the latest social media trends.
