What You’ll Do:

Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant with proficiency in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will manage financial records and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

 

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

• Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation.

• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.

• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus.

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9am to 1pm— Hawaii Time

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Part-time position: 9am to 1pm, Hawaii time.

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
