Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote position tailored for an experienced sales professional who thrives on cold outreach, appointment setting, and driving consistent results. The role requires working EST hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.

 

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to generate high-quality leads.

Qualify prospects and understand business needs to set appointments for Account Executives.

Collaborate with the sales team to continuously refine outreach strategies.

Maintain and update CRM with detailed and accurate prospect information.

Consistently hit and exceed daily and weekly performance KPIs.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of outbound sales or cold calling experience.

Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and self-management skills in a remote work environment.

Proficient with CRM systems and outbound calling platforms.

Full-time availability within Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 

Preferred Skills:

Background in the debt solutions or financial services sector.

Experience working with sales enablement tools.

Familiarity with appointment setting for high-ticket services.

 

Personality:

Software & Tools:

CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Dialers and outreach platforms

Productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)

C1

 

Schedule:

9 AM EST - 6 PM EST

 

Salary & Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.

Base salary with uncapped commission for overperformance.
