Our Client is seeking a mid-level Website Developer with experience in both Wix and WordPress platforms. This is a part-time remote position ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a strong understanding of website functionality, aesthetics, and responsiveness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining existing websites, building new pages, and ensuring optimized performance across devices.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites using Wix and WordPress.

• Update content, features, and layouts as needed.

• Implement responsive design to ensure performance across all devices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.

• Collaborate with team members to implement design and functionality improvements.

• Optimize websites for SEO and loading speed.

• Ensure website security and perform regular backups.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience building and maintaining websites using Wix and WordPress.

• Intermediate level knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

• Familiarity with website performance optimization techniques.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SEO best practices.

• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Graphic design experience or familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

• Experience working with plugins, themes, and third-party integrations in WordPress.
