Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Healthcare Research Analyst to support comprehensive research initiatives centered on hospitals and health systems across the United States. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing healthcare market data to generate clear, actionable insights for clients.

 

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end research projects focused on hospitals and health systems.

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize healthcare market data to produce meaningful insights.

• Collaborate with senior research team members to develop strategic client recommendations.

• Monitor industry trends, healthcare policy updates, and system-level changes.

• Contribute to the creation of client deliverables that are informative, visually engaging, and strategically aligned.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Background in medical scribing, transcription, billing/coding, or other healthcare documentation fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Healthcare Administration, English, Journalism, or a related discipline.

• Excellent analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills.

• Proficiency with Keynote; familiarity with graphic design is a plus.

• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and hospital operations.

• Experience transforming complex research findings into clear, client-ready insights.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Interest in design thinking and visual presentation of research.
