Our client is a real estate investment and property management firm that offers services to property buyers, sellers, and investors. They are known for providing high-touch support and efficient transaction management to ensure smooth real estate operations.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant specialized in Real Estate to support their operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the New York real estate market, be fluent in English at a C2 or native level, and be comfortable handling administrative and client-facing tasks remotely.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Coordinate and manage property listings, client communication, and appointment scheduling

• Handle email and phone communications on behalf of real estate agents

• Manage CRM updates, data entry, and transaction documentation

• Conduct market research and prepare property reports

• Support marketing efforts, including social media and listing platforms

• Follow up with leads and clients as directed

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a virtual assistant, ideally in the real estate sector

• Familiarity with real estate practices and terminology

• English level: C2 or native

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely

• Availability to work part-time hours with flexibility

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting real estate operations in New York

• Knowledge of local MLS systems and real estate regulations in NY

• Background in customer service or administrative support

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and reliable

• Proactive and resourceful

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM platforms (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, or similar)

• Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite

• Project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)

• Communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)

• MLS systems (preferred)

 

Schedule:

9 - 1 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
