About the Company:

Our Client is a digital marketing-focused organization that manages and optimizes paid advertising campaigns across multiple online channels to support client growth and performance goals.

 

What You’ll Do:

Our Client is seeking a Paid Media / Ads Manager to support the setup, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns. This role focuses on execution and performance management rather than direct client communication.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns based on provided assets and targeting parameters.

• Manage and optimize campaigns primarily within Meta Business Manager.

• Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to improve results.

• Prepare performance reports and summaries for internal review.

• Collaborate with the account manager to gain context on campaign goals and performance.

• Support integrations related to lead forms or campaign tracking when required.

• Occasionally attend client meetings in a listening capacity (no direct client communication).

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Practical experience setting up and managing paid ads, particularly on Meta platforms.

• Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and ad campaign structure.

• General understanding of paid media concepts and performance metrics.

• Ability to follow direction and work within established processes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Google Ads or other paid media platforms.

• Experience working with lead forms and basic CRM integrations.

• Familiarity with omnichannel or multi-platform advertising strategies.

 

Personality:

• Coachable and open to feedback.

• Motivated and eager to improve technical skills.

• Not rigid or overly set in personal processes.

• Curious, reliable, and willing to grow with the team.

 

Software & Tools:

• Meta Business Manager.

• Paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, and others as applicable).

• Reporting and analytics tools.

• CRM systems (basic familiarity preferred).
