About the Company:

Our Client seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing professional to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and generate qualified leads. This role is ideal for someone who can balance high-level strategy with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive inbound lead generation through digital marketing initiatives
• Own and optimize marketing channels, including content, website, and campaigns
• Collaborate with sales to support pipeline growth and conversion
• Manage relationships with external partners and agencies
• Create and oversee marketing materials, including presentations and sales collateral
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance and KPIs
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels
• Identify market trends and opportunities for growth

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of experience in marketing
• Proven experience in B2B marketing and lead generation
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
• Excellent communication skills in English (C2 level)

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
• Experience working with external agencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
