Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative

 

Location: South Africa (Remote)

 

Position Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for expanding our client’s market presence in Europe, focusing on the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with a proven track record of success in B2B environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting client relationships.

 

About the Company:

Our client is a leading training services provider, auditor, and consultant in the data center industry. With a strong global presence, they specialize in delivering unique, globally recognized solutions that empower businesses to thrive in an evolving technological landscape.

 

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM GMT

 

Availability:

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • Immediate start preferred

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s market presence in the EMEA region.
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the data center sector through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales and activity targets.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the business development process.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a corporate sales environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • English proficiency at the C2 level (or native fluency).

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the data center, telecommunications, or technology industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the EMEA region’s business landscape.
  • Additional languages relevant to the EMEA region are a plus.

 

Compensation:

  • Salary paid in USD or Local Currency according to your preference.
  • Attractive commission structure, TBD during interview process.

 

Additional Details:

This position is open to candidates based in South Africa, targeting sales opportunities in Europe.
