Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated individual to manage client communications and ensure adherence to schedules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and reporting progress to supervisors.

 

Responsibilities:

• Contact clients to verify task completion

• Ensure clients follow their schedules

• Report updates and issues to supervisors

• Handle complaints and issues from clients

• Schedule meetings and follow up with clients via phone and email

• Utilize GoHighLevel and other CRM tools effectively

• Organize client information using Excel or similar tools

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in client relationship management

• Proficiency in using GoHighLevel and CRM tools

• Strong organizational skills with knowledge of Excel or equivalent tools

 

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Mandarin or other languages

• Familiarity with communication platforms like Slack

• Experience in a commercial environment is a plus

 

Personality:

• Strong communicator

• Problem solver

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to work independently

 

Software & Tools:

• GoHighLevel

• CRM tools (e.g., Slack)

• Excel or similar organizational tools

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9am to 5pm CST
