Job Description:

We are hiring a remote, full-time Bilingual Estate Planning Assistant (English & Spanish) to support our estate planning clients and prospects. This role combines outbound follow-up calls and live customer support via Zoom, helping clients get scheduled, answer questions, and navigate our software setup process.

 

Responsibilities:

Make follow-up calls to no-show attendees of estate planning workshops.

Confirm interest, reschedule for next live event, or send replay link.

Assist clients in setting up their estate planning software (via Zoom and phone).

Tag leads and update contact info accurately in Go High Level (CRM).

Respond to incoming client texts and emails professionally.

Use provided scripts and adjust based on the client’s response.

Deliver clear, empathetic guidance in both English and Spanish.

Log all interactions and assist with documentation when needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Tech-savvy and confident with CRM platforms (Go High Level preferred).

Comfortable hosting one-on-one Zoom calls and guiding clients.

Ability to follow a clear call structure and adapt naturally.

Attention to detail and accurate tagging/data entry.

A helpful, friendly, and professional demeanor.

 

Preferred Skills:

During your first week, you’ll learn how to:

Use our CRM (Go High Level) for calls, tagging, and messages.

Follow the call scripts and respond to objections.

Host Zoom calls with clients needing help with software setup.

Recognize buying signals and tag leads as closed.

Handle basic questions about pricing, the company, and living trusts.

 

Personality:

Deliver clear, empathetic guidance in both English and Spanish.
