Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist based in Latin America to join their growing property management company. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI, automation, and process optimization who enjoys maintaining and expanding AI-driven workflows. You'll take ownership of the AI automations currently being built by their internal team and consultants, ensuring they continue running smoothly while developing new automation solutions as the business grows.
Responsibilities of the role:
• Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot existing AI agents and automations.
• Ensure automations continue functioning as third-party platforms evolve.
• Build new AI agents and workflow automations to improve operational efficiency.
• Connect and optimize workflows across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Support AI implementations used for customer communication and internal operations.
• Assist with maintaining and updating the company's WordPress website as needed.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining AI automations.
• Expertise working with AI agents and LLM-based workflows.
• Experience using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, and/or n8n.
• WordPress administration and maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
• Previous experience in Property Management or Real Estate.
• Familiarity with platforms such as AppFolio, Tenant Turner, or Z Inspector.
• Experience working with AI implementations for customer-facing communications.
Personality:
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Analytical and process-driven.
• Comfortable learning new AI technologies quickly.
• Proactive and resourceful.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• High C (Conscientiousness) preferred.

Schedule:
Location: Latin America
Type: Part-Time
Hours: Initially 10 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing as business needs evolve.
Availability: Flexible schedule between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST, with overlap during business hours.
Start Date: Between now and August 1st.
Salary and Benefits:
