We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Client's team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the auto parts industry and experience in customer service and light sales.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding auto parts.

• Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels.

• Utilize sales tools to enhance customer experience and sales efforts.

• Maintain product knowledge to answer questions effectively.

• Support the sales team with light sales tasks as needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or customer support.

• Proven knowledge of the auto parts industry is a must.

• Familiarity with sales tools is required.
