Job Description:

The Customer Service Agent will manage daily order operations, address order issues, and maintain communication with customers. This role requires monitoring orders, resolving discrepancies, and assisting customers with adjustments.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily orders using the company's system.

• Resolve order issues, including address and fraudulent concerns.

• Communicate with customers to facilitate order changes and updates.

• Support in managing customers' Shopify e-commerce stores, if experienced.

• Potential involvement in additional business growth activities.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in administrative support and order management.

• Basic English proficiency for written communication.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, with Shopify experience as a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing Shopify stores, including product additions.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

• Familiarity with Ship Hero and Notion is advantageous.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 

Software & Tools:

• Company's proprietary order management system.

• Ship Hero for warehouse management.

• Notion for customer onboarding.

• Shopify for e-commerce management.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

10 am to 2 pm EST
